Where are your properties located?

All our properties are in Villars-sur-Ollon and Gryon, in the Vaud Alps of Switzerland — a year-round mountain resort area about 90 minutes from Geneva Airport.

What kinds of properties do you offer?

Handpicked luxury chalets and apartments, each personally selected for its character, comfort, views, and location.

How do I book a stay?

You can book directly on our website: browse the properties, pick your check-in and check-out dates on the availability calendar, and request a quote or confirm your reservation online. Our team is also available by phone, WhatsApp, or email if you prefer.

How do I know a property is available for my dates?

Each property page shows live availability in a 7-day grid pulled directly from our management system, so what you see is real-time.

Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?

Yes — a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your dates. The balance is settled before arrival. Contact us for details specific to your stay.

Which currencies do you accept?

Prices can be displayed in CHF, EUR, USD, or GBP on the website. Bookings are ultimately settled in Swiss Francs (CHF).

What languages does your team speak?

Our team communicates in English, French, and German, and the entire website is available in all three languages.

When are the ski and summer seasons in Villars?

The ski season in Villars-Gryon runs roughly from December to April, and the green season for hiking, mountain biking, and lake activities runs from June through September. Property availability is shown in real time so you can plan around your ideal window.

What's included in a stay, and can I add extras?

Each property page lists the bedrooms, bathrooms, guest capacity, and amenities that come with the stay. Additional services (private chef, airport transfers, ski passes, and more) can be arranged on request — get in touch and we'll put a personalised package together.

Do you handle group or long-stay bookings?
